EID-UL-MAWLUD: DR. ATEGBOLE GREETS AKOKO MUSLIMS, SAYS H.E. AIYEDATIWA LOVES THEM
As Muslims in Akoko and across Nigeria join the global Ummah to celebrate Eid-ul-Mawlud, House of Representatives hopeful, Dr. Victor Ategbole, has extended warm felicitations to the Muslim faithful, urging them to embrace the virtues of peace, love, and tolerance which the Holy Prophet Muhammad (SAW) exemplified.
In a goodwill message issued by the BICC Media Team, Dr. Ategbole described the celebration as a time of spiritual reflection and communal unity, noting that the values of humility, sacrifice, and brotherhood should continue to guide the lives of every believer.
He further stressed that the current administration of H.E. Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa has consistently demonstrated love and inclusiveness for the Muslim community in Ondo State. According to him, the Governor’s people-oriented policies cut across faiths, regions, and communities, and Muslims in Akoko remain beneficiaries of this inclusive leadership.
“On this special occasion of Eid-ul-Mawlud, I rejoice with my Muslim brothers and sisters in Akoko. May the lessons of the Holy Prophet’s life inspire us to live in harmony, love one another, and build a society where peace reigns supreme. I also commend our Governor, H.E. Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, who has shown true love for the Muslim community in Ondo State through his inclusive governance and genuine concern for the welfare of all,” Dr. Ategbole stated.
He prayed for Allah’s blessings upon the people of Akoko, Ondo State, and Nigeria at large, calling on all Muslims to continue to support leaders who prioritize unity, progress, and the well-being of every citizen.
