DR ATEGBOLE WILL CONTINUE WITH H.E. AIYEDATIWA’S FOOTSTEPS FOR AKOKO STUDENTS FROM 2027... BICC

As Ondo State Governor, His Excellency Dr. Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, continues to demonstrate an unwavering commitment to students’ welfare through bursaries, scholarships, and support programs, House of Representatives hopeful for Akoko Southeast/Southwest Federal Constituency, Dr. Olusegun Victor Ategbole, has assured that he will continually replicate and deepen such interventions for Akoko students come 2027.

 Dr. Ategbole, while commending the Governor’s visionary investment in human capital development, described education as the surest path to prosperity and societal transformation. He emphasized that students in Akoko will not be left behind when he assumes office, as he will introduce tailored initiatives that reflect both the Governor’s model and the unique needs of Akoko communities.

> “Governor Aiyedatiwa has shown us the way by making the welfare of students a top priority. I will follow his footsteps by ensuring that Akoko students enjoy regular bursary and scholarship support, capacity-building programs, and empowerment opportunities that prepare them for the future,” Dr. Ategbole reassured.

The incoming lawmaker further pledged to create additional constituency-based educational support funds, expand access to skill-acquisition programs, and foster partnerships with federal agencies to ensure Akoko students benefit from both state and national educational schemes, DG BICC affirmed. 

BICC added that this alignment between state leadership and federal representation will accelerate opportunities for students, reduce financial burdens on parents, and secure Akoko’s place as a hub of excellence in education across Ondo State.

Dr. Olusegun Victor Ategbole, Chairman of the Ondo State Hospitals Management Board (HMB), has concluded an intensive inspection tour of hospitals in the Northern Senatorial District.  The tour covered Oba Israel Adeusi General Hospital in Ifon, General Hospital Idoani, and General Hospital Owo.
