DR ATEGBOLE PROMISES TO SUPPORT H.E. Dr. AIYEDATIWA'S EFFORTS TO CURB INSECURITY IN AKOKO...BICC


Bobagunwa Independent Campaign Council through her DG, Dr. Akeredolu O.N. has reiterated Dr Ategbole's readiness to support hunters,Vigilantes, Amotekun Corp, Police force, Military officers and traditional rulers with logic in curbing insecurity to complement governor Aiyedatiwa’s plausible efforts in area of security when he becomes a rep member for Akoko Southwest and Southeast federal constituency in 2027

The issue of insecurity has remained one of the most pressing challenges confronting the Akoko Southeast/Southwest Federal Constituency. From sporadic incidents of banditry to the menace of kidnapping along federal roads, the threat has undermined the peace, prosperity, and freedom of movement for residents. Speaking with deep concern, Dr. Ategbole reiterated that the security challenges in Akoko have not only attracted his attention but also inspired his resolve to provide lasting solutions through a people-centered and locally driven model.

3. State Security Agencies (Police, Amotekun, and Others) – ensuring professional enforcement and swift response when threats arise.

This synergy will provide a framework where locals supply intelligence, vigilantes provide first-line response, and formal security outfits execute enforcement operations, thereby creating a holistic and responsive security architecture.
